What’s the difference between Spirituality and metaphysics?

I was wondering the detailed answer about the differences between spirituality and metaphysics?

These days ’spirituality’ has as many meanings as there are people using the word.
To some extent metaphysics is heading the same way.
True spirituality has little to do with metaphysics, which is merely a philosophical term.Spirituality is today entering the realms of philosophy too, as people get further divorced from their past. Culture is seen as spirit, which it isn’t.
True spirituality is a concrete force, not an imagined one. As real as the electricity that powers the nervous system. It is the realm of the soul, but also of communication with the souls origin.
Most who profess spirituality are doing so metaphysically ( i.e. in theory ). Very few are aware that we are eternal spirits in the physical world, and metaphysics is an innocuous wasteland.
