What are good meditation techniques that will allow me to “centre” myself?

Like many of us I have deep regrets, sadness, pain, anger and confusion and happiness. How can I learn through meditation or any other technique to stop these emotion clouding decisions and behaviour?

First of all the definition of meditation need to be understand clearly before we discuss on the other things. It is understood many of people that meditation means “thoughtlessness”. Actually, it is not. Meditations nothing but having one thought at a time. To make it clear, experience fully at that time without having the previous history.

To get rid of these type of problems, it is simple and easy way. When we live in the past or future, we tend to have these things.

Focus one thought at a time. How is it possible? It is not too difficult to practice. Think that everything is a meditation and give the fullest of your potentials.
